Shipping policy

Our store have three types of products, including customized products, normal products and in-stock goods. Because different types of goods involve different delivery time and transportation, different delivery policies are formulated.

 

1. Shipping Time

 

1.1 Customized Items:The delivery time of customized goods is based on the actual communication, which is estimated to be 90-120 days after the order is confirmed. In case of delay due to other force majeure factors, the actual delivery time shall prevail.

 

1.2 Normal Items: the delivery time of normal items shall be subject to the description in the product details page. In case of delay due to other force majeure factors, the actual delivery time shall prevail.

 

1.3 In-stock Items: we will review the items order within 24 hours after confirming the order, and will contact the buyer to communicate and confirm the delivery time before delivery items. If the order is abnormal, we will contact you.

 

Because the furniture is a big commodity and needs to be delivered and installed, we will contact the buyer in advance to confirm the receiving time. Order processing and delivery are only carried out on weekdays (excluding public holidays). In case of holidays or inclement weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.

 

2. Delivery Charges

 

Our store provides general delivery service only in East Malaysia. There are 6 cities provide free delivery service, Kuching, Kota samaraham, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, Kota kinabaru, while other cities charge the delivery fee based on the actual requirements.

 

For order outside of East Malaysia, please select pick up in-store as shipping method or contact our customer service to communicate shipping method before you order.

 

Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If it is really necessary to change the delivery address, please contact customer service to make arrangements, and the extra expenses incurred must be paid by yourself. If the goods cannot be received and installed after delivery at the time determined by both parties, the expenses incurred shall be paid by the buyer.
