Furniture can only be delivered by professional logistics companies because of its particularity. Due to the difference in distance and product volume, there are differences in freight. About After-sales
If you encounter problems after installation, for example non-human quality problems (within the warranty), please contact our after-sales service to communicate solutions, and we will provide guidance.
About Chromatic Aberration
Due to shooting technology, light, display parameters and other factors, the color of the physical object you received may be different from that of the photo, take real product as criterion.
About Solid Wood Knot Scar
Solid wood furniture is made of natural wood and has its own inherent knots. If you mind the natural scars, please buy it carefully. Chromatic aberration, knot, black line and splicing of natural wood veneer are normal phenomena, not quality problems, so return is not supported.
About Texture Differences
Because the products come from different batches, the texture of them may not be exactly the same as the display picture. Please take real product as criterion. If this situation is unacceptable, please buy it carefully.
About Materials
Due to the different production batches of fabrics, it is normal for fabrics produced in different batches to have color difference within 5%.

About Confirming Receipt
① Because the furniture is a special commodity, there is no reason to reject it because of the quality problem of the non-commodity itself.
② We will deliver and complete the furniture installation. If you have any questions about the products, please contact our on-site installer immediately. If there is no problem, please sign the acceptance form after installation.
About Care Instruction
① Arrangement of furniture: It is recommended to place the furniture on a flat ground, so that the overall stress is in balance, which can enhance the bearing capacity and prolong the service life.
② Dust removal: When cleaning furniture, it is recommended to wipe the surface with pure cotton cloth first, and then use a fine soft brush to remove the dust in the depression. Paint-treated furniture should not be wiped with gasoline or other organic solvents to avoid discoloration and paint loss.
③ Avoid sun exposure: Too much sun exposure can easily lead to the fading of paint, discoloration and aging of leather cloth, oxidation and deterioration of metal fittings, etc. Therefore, furniture should be protected from direct sunlight as much as possible. With the help of curtains, keeping the place ventilated can effectively alleviate the above phenomena.
④ Keep dry: Proper temperature and humidity can prolong the service life of furniture. When cleaning furniture, it is advisable to use clean water (avoid using alkaline water). After cleaning, it should be ventilated and dried in time.
