1. Cancellation
You may not cancel a confirmed order unless specified for a specific product. If you need to cancel the order due to special events, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after placing your order. No refunds are allowed after 48 hours of placing an order or after the order has been shipped.
Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled when you confirmed the order.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Please read the Purchase Instruction first. All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE. If you received the product you didn’t or found its defects when installation, please give feedback to our installer immediately. If there is no problem, please sign the receipt to complete the order.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchange:
① Please check the product details and confirm all specifications, materials and styles before confirming the order, or communicate product information with customer service. In case of non-quality problems, such as the color difference between the product picture and the real thing and the slight error of the product size caused by shooting technology, light and display parameters, it is non-refundable.
② In the process of distribution and installation, damage caused by human factors other than ours, such as: fouling, failure, damage, wear, scratch, dirt.
③ Apply for a return due to personal factors, such as dislike, unnecessary, inappropriate, etc.
