1. How to change your account's personal information?
Log in to your account —— Click on "account" —— Open up "personal information"——Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
2. How to view your own coupon codes?
Method 1: Click "account" on the upper right corner of the store, and then click "member" on the opened page to view available rewards.
Method 2: Click the "reward" icon on the bottom right corner of our store and view the details of your rewards. When you need to use coupon codes during checkout, please copy the coupon code and paste it into the "COUPON" box, then click "APPLY" to apply it.
Note that your member discount code and referral discount code will be displayed in your account. If you received a code that is not associated with your account, such as coupon codes achieved through subscriptions or dedicated links. Please copy and save the code for ordering.
3. How to earn and redeem points (coins)?
When you purchase products worth RM100 or more, you can earn 1 point (coin) for every RM100 spent. You can use 1 coin as RM1 when purchasing products. The maximum redemption limit per transaction is 100 coins.
4. How to refer friends and earn rewards?
Click "account" on the upper right corner of the store to open your personal account, then click "Member" to open the page. In the "Referrals" section at the bottom, share your link to Facebook or email. After the invitee completes an order through your link, both the inviter and the invitee will receive corresponding discounts. The discount code associated with the reward can be used in a single transaction, and new codes will be generated for each successful referral.
5. Can both the referrer and the invitee use the reward? Is it for a single use or can it be used repeatedly?

6. Can multiple coupon codes be used simultaneously? How to apply multiple overlapping coupons during checkout?
If the coupon code is stackable, it can be used together with other coupons during checkout, with a maximum of two coupons per order. If you are a member, you can use your member discount code plus one other stackable coupon. If you are not a member, you can apply up to two available coupon codes during checkout. You can add products to your cart by clicking "ADD CART" or purchase directly by clicking "BUY NOW".
When you click "ADD CART", the products you added to your cart will be displayed with your member discount automatically applied. Proceed to checkout and add any other available stackable coupons during the checkout process. When you click "BUY NOW", the price displayed will be the original price or promotional price, and you can paste your coupon code into the "COUPON" box and click "APPLY" to apply it.
7. If the delivery address is outside of the six free delivery cities, can I still place an order?
Currently, MyHouz offers free shipping to six cities, including Kuching, Kota Samarahan, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, and Kota Kinabalu. If your address is outside of these cities, you will not be able to proceed to payment after entering your address and corresponding postal code. Please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
